Product Repair Services

In the event that a Thermo Scientific instrument requires repair, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number will be provided for the return of the instrument. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Thermo Scientific Customer Support.

For US customers only: Upon request, we will make every attempt to provide a loaner instrument by next business day if a loaner instrument is available. We will not be able to provide loaner instruments in all cases.
