Comprehensive Warranty Support
Your product comes with one year (1) manufacturer’s warranty from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, we will provide the following services at no additional charge:
- Technical Support
- Repair Service
- Parts and labor
- Unit return shipping
Exclusions from standard warranty coverage:
- Consumables, and accessories are not covered by the standard warranty terms (complete details can be found in the Terms & Conditions of System Sales Agreement)

In the event that your system requires repair, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) will be provided for you to return the instrument. To obtain an RMA number, please contact our Technical Support team:
